ESV. Biliaminu Azeez is a multi-skilled professional, a signature of excellence and symbol of professionalism.

He is an alum of Estate Management of the Polytechnic Ibadan, a Law Degree holder and a bearer of Diploma in Computer Studies.

Azeez had his pupilage at the renowned international real estate firm of KNIGHT FRANK (KF-Nigeria) and was at various time with the Estate firms of SEYI AJAO & CO, EKINE & ASSOCIATES and WEST COUNTRIES PROPERTIES LTD.

He was the Head Agency Department of BOLA ONABADEJO & CO. Estate Surveyors & Valuers, prior to Co-founding AZEEZ IJADUNOLA ADERIBIGBE & CO.

Azeez was elected an Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers in 2014 and became a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer (RSV) in 2017.

He is a professional with over a decade experience in property market.

His biases include Advisory, Appraisal, Property Development, Secured Credit Transaction and Deal Negotiation.

Azeez is married with children.

ESV. Afeez Ijadunola

ESV. Afeez Ijadunola holds a Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.) in Estate Management from the prestigious University of Lagos.

He was also a recipient of Oyo State Government Schorlarship for graduating with (ND) Distinction in Estate Management from the Polytechnic Ibadan.

Ijadunola started his real estate career with Kunsol Properties (Now Wumi Odusola and Co) and later joined the Estate Surveying and Valuation Firm of Obande Agbese and Company where he was exposed to real estate agency and valuation. 

He later moved his services to the renowned firm of Jide Taiwo and Co. (Estate Surveyors & Valuers) in 2013 where he had optimum experience in property valuation, corporate and retail letting, sale, acquisition, brokerage, property management, demand and supply marketing, feasibility and viability appraisal amongst others.

During his stay at JTC, he was the head of agency at Victoria Island Branch and later became the manager of Ibeju Lekki Branch. 

Ijadunola is a registered member of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria respectively.

He is also a certified social media marketing expert from Aleph DigitalExpert.

He is happily married with children.

ESV. Hamid Aderibigbe

ESV. Hamid Aderibigbe is a well trained professional, an alumnus of Estate Management of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife with B.Sc (Hon.) and a holder of a National Diploma (ND) of the Polytechnic Ibadan.

Aderibigbe started his career as an intern with Dapo Olaiya Consulting, Estate Surveyors and Valuers while in 2015, he joined the firm of Jide Taiwo and Co., Estate Surveyors and Valuers as an entry level surveyor and subsequently promoted to the senior surveyor cadre within six (6) years of his practice in the firm.

He quit his active service with the firm to co-founding AZEEZ IJADUNOLA ADERIBIGBE & CO.

He was inducted as an Associate Member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS) in 2019 and Registered Estate Surveyors and Valuers (RSV) in 2020.

Esv. Hamid Aderibigbe is happily married and blessed with wonderful children.
